Jennifer Vo

Jennifer completed her bachelor of physiotherapy at James Cook University where she’s been extensively trained to work in multidisciplinary teams to provide care in rural and remote communities. Throughout her training and work, Jennifer strives to advocate for vulnerable families and people of multicultural backgrounds.

Since graduating, Jennifer has been working exclusively with NDIS clients and has developed a great passion for working with children in this space. Jennifer’s approach to treatment is strongly influenced by family-centered care, where the child’s needs are understood from a holistic perspective. Jennifer has extensive experience working with non-English speaking families and is experienced in working alongside interpreters to achieve the same therapeutic outcomes.

Throughout her life, Jennifer participated and competed in various sports and physical activities such as ultramarathon running, outdoor hockey, bouldering, and tennis. From these experiences, Jennifer is greatly passionate about finding creative ways to help children nurture a positive relationship with exercise and movement.

Outside of physiotherapy, Jennifer is an avid plant collector, and enjoys cross-training and listening to audiobooks. She is the very proud mother to her “fur baby”, Sola, whom she takes on hikes and bike rides.
