Klint Kids – Deposit Policy

To confirm your appointment, we take a $50 deposit at the time of booking for all privately funded appointments (This does not include NDIS patients). This helps us manage our schedule and ensure families and children are seen in a timely way.

Important Information:

  • Deposit Amount: $50, will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Attendance: The deposit will be applied to your session fee if you attend as scheduled.
  • No-Show: If you do not attend your appointment or fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
