Our Process

01 Contact us

Our friendly reception team will make contact within 24 hours of your enquiry for a non obligation discussion. We will answer any questions about our services and what to expect during their journey with Klint Kids. If required we may arrange for a therapist to talk to you about specific elements of care, so you feel sure that we are the right team for you.

If you wish to proceed, we will take some initial details and also talk you through the various funding options. There are many options and it can feel overwhelming, so please ask us if you are not sure what the next step is.

02 Initial Appointment

At Klint we provide flexible services that meet the needs of each individual family. We set up our first appointment in two parts.

A phone call appointment, followed by a face to face appointment.

This 30 minute phone call gives families the opportunity to talk to their child's therapist, allows the therapist to plan for their first session and takes the stress out of completing paperwork, service agreements and sharing background information with children present.

03 Email Confirmation

Once an appointment has been made, our reception team will send an appointment confirmation along with our online registration forms via email.

The forms include: - Referral form - Privacy policy - Consent for face to face therapy.

These forms will need to be completed online prior to your child's first appointment, and once submitted they will automatically be sent through to our reception team. If you do not have access to email please let our reception team know.
