About Klint Kids
About Us
Klint Kids is a specialised paediatric service which focuses on children with disabilities and neurological conditions. We are primarily a physiotherapy service with other disciplines supporting elements of our service.
Our vision is to help children live an enriching life that is full of happiness and enjoyment.
Who we see, children and young people with:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Genetic conditions/ syndromes
- Delays with movements- poor head control, sitting, standing or walking
- Prematurity and failure to thrive
- Concerns with body position- head preference, flat heads, bowed legs etc.
- Any child after neurological or orthopaedic surgery
- Trisomy 21
- Any child after Botox or other forms of tone management
- Erbs Palsy
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Chronic fatigue and pain
- Functional neurological disorders
- Walking and co ordination difficulties
- Hypotonia
