Exercise Physiologist

Adrian graduated from the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology course from Deakin University in 2018 which provides him with the title as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Prior to this, Adrian completed the undergraduate in Sports and Exercise Science and undertook placements to further develop his clinical skills across hospital and private settings.

Since qualifying Adrian has worked in private practice finding a passion working with paediatrics and neurological conditions. Adrian has taken a special interest in keeping up to date with evidence based research in gait training, biopsychosocial approach to pain, neurological based exercise rehabilitation and athletic development in adolescents.

Adrian’s main focus as an AEP is to use exercise to help individuals achieve their goals and help transition individuals to engage in greater social and community opportunities.

Adrian will jump at the opportunity to participate in activities involving the outdoors and is not limited to having hobbies of AFL, jet skiing, surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking. However this is not to say he does not enjoy and engage in more peaceful activities such as stand up paddle boarding and golf.
